Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

What We Offer

• Most approved returns are issued as store credit.

• In special situations, a refund to your original payment method may be offered at our discretion.

• Clearance, discounted, and pre-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@calypsocolours.com with your order number and item details.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions by email or SMS.

3. After we receive and inspect your item, your store credit or refund (if applicable) is processed within 48 hours.
